Dave Rogers

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Dave is a visionary entrepreneur at the forefront of the global energy transition and digital infrastructure revolution. He founded Amp Energy in 2009, transforming it from a start-up into a multinational business spanning North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Under his leadership, Amp deployed more than $4.5 billion into 14 GW of clean energy projects, establishing itself as one of the world’s leading independent power developers.

Building on that success, Dave launched Amp Z in 2024, where he is pioneering the next generation of power-first data center platforms designed for the AI era. With a unique ability to unite infrastructure scale, deep energy expertise, and cutting-edge AI demand, Dave is positioning Amp Z to redefine how power and compute are delivered — creating transformative value for investors, partners, and communities alike.
